These terms cover this website. Your roofing work is covered by the written estimate and contract you sign, not by this page.
Using this site
This website is operated by Handnail Roofing LLC (“Handnail”, “we”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information on the site
Prices, ranges, calculator results and timelines on this site are general guidance for homes in the Houston area and are not a quote. Your price is the written estimate you receive after an inspection. Roofing advice on this site is general; every roof is different, and nothing here replaces an inspection of your actual roof.
Booking and contact forms
When you submit a form, you’re asking us to contact you about your roof, and you agree that we may text and call the number you give us for that purpose. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Submitting a form doesn’t create a contract for roofing work; that happens when you sign an estimate.
Cost calculator
The calculator produces a planning range from the dimensions and pitch you enter, using typical Houston-area installed prices. It doesn’t measure your roof, see your decking or know your HOA. It isn’t an offer to do work at that price.
Financing
Where financing is mentioned, it is available through a third-party provider, including 0% APR for up to 18 months for qualified buyers, subject to credit approval. Handnail doesn’t set rates, approve applications or guarantee any terms.
Your content
If you send us photos or descriptions of your roof, you’re giving us permission to use them to evaluate and do your work. We won’t publish photos of your home without asking you first.
Our content
The text, photos and design of this site belong to Handnail Roofing LLC or are used with permission. You may link to any page. Please don’t copy pages or photos for another business’s use without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to manufacturer sites, review platforms and a financing provider. Their sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for them.
No warranty on the site
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available but don’t promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Handnail isn’t liable for losses arising from use of the site itself. This section is about the website only; the workmanship warranty on your roofing job is in your written estimate.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
