Handnail Roofing LLC (“we”) collects the information you give us to schedule inspections, prepare estimates and do roofing work. We don’t sell it, we don’t rent it, and we only share it with the people and services we need to do the job.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, phone number, email, property address and whatever you tell us about your roof, whether through the form on this site, by text, by phone or in person.
Photos of your roof and property taken during inspections and work, which we keep with your job record.
Site usage: standard web server logs and analytics (pages viewed, browser type, rough location from your IP address). We use this to see which pages people read. It isn’t tied to your name unless you fill out a form.

How we use it

To text you a booking link, confirm appointments, send estimates and invoices, and answer questions. By submitting the form or texting us you agree to receive text messages about your inquiry and job; reply STOP to any message to stop.
To prepare insurance claim documentation when you ask us to.
To keep a record of the work we did on your roof, including photos, for warranty and future service.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to do the work: the software we use to manage jobs, estimates, messaging and payments; the crew doing your job; your insurance company or adjuster when you’ve asked us to work a claim; the financing provider if you apply for financing; and material suppliers for delivery to your address. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses standard analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Job records, including photos and estimates, are kept for as long as we might need them for warranty, tax or legal reasons. Form submissions that don’t turn into a job are kept for a reasonable follow-up period and then deleted.

Your choices

Text STOP to stop text messages. Email andy@handnailroofing.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it.
